1. Offensive/Inappropriate Language, Swearing, Censor Evading and Flaming

• Flaming: The use of racist, slanderous, defamatory, homophobic, obscene, indecent, lewd, pornographic/sexual, violent, abusive, insulting, threatening and harassing comments towards other users are not tolerated. Mild flaming is tolerated in the Flame Wars besides discrimination such as gender, sexuality, race and disability.

• Flame baiting: Flame baiting is the act of creating/making drama. It involves making a comment designed to purposely anger an individual/people causing them to reply in anger/flame back.

2. Spamming
All unnecessary and irrelevant posts (on a topic) and topics is considered spamming, plain and simple. The rule is broken down into four parts.

• Singles: Creating topics ANYWHERE, including the Spam-section, with a single word, emoticon, or a strand of random numbers is considered spamming.

• Singles II: Creating replies with a single word and/or emoticon is ONLY tolerated in sections where your post count does not increase.

• Gravedigging: When someone brings a “dead thread back to life” by posting on a very old thread. If this thread is over 3 weeks old, and a common thread (simple suggestions, PKs, feedback, rants, etc.) and someone decides to post on it, then it is gravedigging (the only exception to this is if the original thread maker decides to revive the thread or is an active shop).(Useful threads & Guides are not considered gravedigging).

• Bumping: Considered spamming in every section except “private” sections like Bug Reporting or active shops. It is simple, if your thread is good and should stay then other people will post relevant information and feedback on it.

• Moderator Applications & Suggestions: Posting "Support" or "No Support" without a valid reason is considered spam

• Useless posts: Posts that need to do other things to reach a 10 character limit, posts that contain one word and one animation and posts such as "Nice " are considered spam.

• Double Posting: Posts that are consecutive(no has posted between the two) from a single user are not permitted. Simply edit your first post to include the new information.

3. Inappropriate Content
Posting any sort of pictures or videos of violent, pornographic, nudity or offensive content is not permitted.
This includes images that are designed to shock people (such as images that turn to a scary face with a screaming noise or just LOUD music).

4. Links to Other Sites and Referral Links
Only commonly accepted links are permitted on these forums, at all.

• Community Links: Links to other communities include MoparScape, Rune-Server, BB, etc. as long as the links are within the bounds of Rule 5.

• Media Links: All media links are generally accepted as long as they are within the bounds of Rule 4.

• Referral: All referral links, are not allowed. Not a single referral link, for any site.

5. Advertising
You are not allowed to advertise any other private server, at all. This includes saying the name of a server whether currently running or closed down. If its a community link to rune-server which has another advertisement on it which leads to another private server. Any sort of unauthorized advertising will get you permanently banned.

6. Disrespecting Members of Staff and/or Their Decisions
ALL staff decisions are final. If you have a problem with a decision then deal with it in private with the staff member. All staff members watch over each other. If a higher authority realizes that an unjust decision was made, then compromise will follow.

7. Staff Impersonation
Claiming to be a member of staff when you're really not is completely against the rules. Making names to make it seem like you're a staff member, is also against the rules. This rule has no warning, and is a permanent ban when not followed.

8. Personal Information
Posting anyone’s personal information without their permission is completely against the rules. Personal information is personal. This includes addresses, phone numbers, pictures, videos, etc.

9. Trolls
"A "troll" is someone who intentionally and persistently posts inflammatory messages about sensitive topics to bait users into responding or provoke a confrontation. We also consider people to be trolls when they persistently misuse product features such as the ratings system to negatively target others."
The staff’s time is too valuable to be spent on trolls. If you’ve come here to troll and waste our time, then you will be disposed of. The staff has more important things to deal with and cannot be bothered to waste their time with you. This server and forum is to entertain and educate, not be a playground to kids.
Note: This rule doesn't apply in Spam/Flame Wars section.

10. Sectional Rules
Majority of the boards will have additional rules to them which must be followed. These rules are to be followed in every board but the sectional rules go into more specific detail on which rules are to be followed and which ones can be bent.

11. Threatening
Anything from making real life threats, Denial Of Service attacks or any kind of attack are completely against the rules and are taken very serious. We don't like bullies and DOS attacks are against the law. Don't expect mercy, we have zero tolerance for these kind of things.

• Denial Of Service Attacks: (DOS/DDOS) Threatening to or attacking another player or even the website will be taken very seriously and is strictly against the rules, not to mention the law.

• Ban/Mute: Threatening another player with a ban or a mute without a legit reason will not be tolerated.

• Real Life threats: Whether it be a hacking, bashing or anything along those lines, it is against the rules. We want our members to feel safe.

12. Encouraging others to break rules
If you're encouraging other members to break the rules you will be punished with them.

13. Ban Evasion
Simple rule, once you're banned you are allowed to make an account to APPEAL only, you cannot post on other threads, nor can you create other threads, you're also not allowed to talk in the shoutbox, you can not private message people either, once the appeal is read you will get accepted/declined, if you are accepted you are can return to your old account, but if its declined you're banned on your second account, if caught on a third account you will be permanently banned on the main account if your not already.


16. Leeching
Leeching includes claiming other peoples work, images, graphics, guides and such things as your own, and involves a wide variety of things. Leeching will be punished with infractions. It is considered as stealing ones work, and therefore is not allowed.

17. Phishing Websites
Phishing: The fraudulent practice of sending links to a website purporting to be from legitimate companies in order to induce individuals to reveal personal for illegal gains or a way of distributing malicious software, such as keyloggers.
Do not post links to Phishing Websites. It is a permanent ban if done so.

18. Account Sharing
You are not allowed to share your account(s) at all. Anybody found sharing account(s) will be suspended and the account will be permanently "banned".
This rule also applies to anyone allowing access to their account via screen sharing software.


20. Requesting certain rank for a certain user.


21. Support/Vouching.
You can't support/vouch for a member in return for services or monetary gain. Supporting Moderator Applications/OMM threads/or vouching may only be done if you want to. This also goes for SOTW voting.

22. Posting on behalf banned user.
You're not allowed to post behalf a username unless it's an appeal also the user has one chance to appeal by a fellow mate he is also allowed to register a new account to appeal if he isn't IPbanned on the forums which means he's obviously never allowed to come back so there is no point in appealing, Posting anything else for banned users is DISALLOWED.
